Message	a big difference in sound levels. The car is still capable of 9.5 sec 144MPH quarter mile passes. I would probably do it again because the urethane rear diff bushings transmit a lot of noise. I would not go through trouble of removing the Dynomat. A good tune up can overcome the 35lbs or so of weight. I know this does not answer your question but thought you might like a different perspective.
